Vertage is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic business development initiatives for a strategic client opportunity in the North NJ/NYC market. This role offers direct access to hiring managers and decision-makers and the chance to drive talent solutions across the North NJ/NYC region.

You will expand established relationships, identify new growth opportunities, and work with a global leader in IT and Engineering recruitment, backed by a collaborative delivery

Qualifications

Proven success in enterprise sales or account management.
Experience building and managing strategic client relationships.
Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Proven ability to identify growth opportunities within large accounts.

Responsibilities

Lead business development efforts across IT, Life Sciences and Engineering verticals.
Manage and grow strategic relationships within the client organization.
Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
Identify new opportunities within the account and across other North NJ/NYC-based clients.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure high-touch client engagement.
