McKesson Corporation is seeking a Director of Enterprise Accounts (DEA) for MHS to manage complex, large-scale IDNs or Health Systems from a corporate perspective. You will renew strategic partnerships, lead executive engagements, and drive enterprise solutions within our portfolio.

The role emphasizes owning corporate relationships, coordinating internal/external communication, and achieving growth through strategic account plans while aligning with VP of Renewal and field leadership.

Competenze

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
7+ years field account management and/or sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
Proven track record of customer retention, renewals and growth.
Demonstrated executive relationship management.
Ability to communicate and influence at all organization levels.

Mansioni

Develop, design and execute customer strategic plans to drive full Enterprise solutions.
Own relationships at the corporate level and coordinate communication for IDNs and large Health Systems.
Identify value-added programs and secure customer buy-in on cost savings with Enterprise offerings.
Lead strategic executive engagements, including development of relationships beyond the pharmacy at the corporate level.
Drive renewal and growth through account plans and collaboration with Sales and Renewals leadership.
