McKesson Corporation is seeking a Director of Enterprise Accounts for MHS to manage complex IDN and health system accounts from a corporate perspective. You will cultivate long-term strategic partnerships, advocate for customer opportunities, and renew or grow enterprise solutions across McKesson's portfolio.

Key responsibilities include designing strategic plans, owning corporate-level relationships, and leading executive engagements to drive retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years field account management and/or sales in healthcare required.
• Proven track record of customer retention, renewals and growth.
• Demonstrated executive relationship management and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across senior executives and field teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a customer strategic plan to drive full Enterprise solutions.
• Own corporate-level relationships and coordinate internal and external communications for IDNs and large Health Systems.
• Identify value-added programs and secure customer buy-in on cost savings through Enterprise offerings.
• Lead executive engagements and produce QBRs and executive scorecards with key stakeholders.
• Drive retention and renewal efforts and oversee conversion of new business and organic growth through strategic account plans.
