McKesson in the United States seeks a Director of Enterprise Accounts for MHS to manage complex IDN and health system relationships from a corporate vantage. You will engage with customer leadership to shape long-term strategic partnerships and advocate for customer opportunities across McKesson's portfolio.

Lead executive engagements, drive renewal and growth, and align cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions, including 340B, Specialty and Ambulatory programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years field account management or sales experience in healthcare.
• Proven track record of customer retention, renewals and growth.
• Demonstrated executive relationship management.
• Ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, design and execute customer strategic plans to drive Enterprise solutions.
• Lead executive engagements with C-suite, supply chain and other stakeholders.
• Own corporate-level relationships and coordinate internal/external communications for IDNs and large Health Systems.
• Identify value-added programs and track savings via executive reviews.
• Drive renewals and organic growth through strategic account planning.
