Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Director, Corporate Accounts to lead and expand our strategic relationships across GPOs, IDNs, health systems, and enterprise customers in North America.

The role serves as the executive liaison, steering contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term partnerships while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Service, Operations, and Finance to maximize customer value and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or related markets.
• Demonstrated success managing GPO/IDN/national accounts or enterprise healthcare relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of strategic corporate accounts (GPOs, IDNs, health systems, enterprise customers).
• Develop executive relationships with supply chain leaders, clinical stakeholders, procurement teams, and healthcare executives.
• Lead negotiations for national/regional purchasing agreements, renewals, and amendments.
