Nova Biomedical Corporation is seeking a Director Corporate Accounts to lead strategic partnerships with GPOs, IDNs, and enterprise healthcare customers across North America. You will negotiate contracts, align cross-functional teams, and drive long-term growth through executive-level engagement and data-driven strategies.

The role requires a deep understanding of hospital systems, procurement structures, and complex stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering measurable business results

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare diagnostics or related markets.
• Proven success managing GPO/IDN or enterprise relationships.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of hospital systems, laboratory operations, and healthcare procurement.
• Ability to influence senior executives and work across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand strategic healthcare partnerships with GPOs, IDNs, health systems and enterprise accounts.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships with supply chain, clinical and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals aligned with Nova’s objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful implementation and onboarding of corporate agreements.
• Drive growth by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and new enterprise targets.
• Provide data-driven insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
