Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking a National Account Director to drive strategic partnerships with national health systems, IDNs, and government healthcare programs. • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA/MHA preferred.
• 8+ years in diagnostics/healthcare commercial roles with national accounts.
• Experience engaging senior healthcare executives and influencing decisions.
• Strong understanding of oncology diagnostics and care delivery landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise account strategies across national accounts and IDNs.
• Lead executive relationships with C-suite and hospital system leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement enterprise initiatives.
