Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Director of Enterprise Accounts for MHS to lead complex IDN and health system engagements from a corporate perspective. You will renew and grow enterprise solutions, align with VP Renewals and field leadership, and advocate for customers across McKesson's portfolio.

The role requires 7+ years in field account management or healthcare sales, executive relationship management, and strong communication across all levels. Will travel up to 50% from home office.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years field account management and/or sales experience, preferably in healthcare industry
• Proven track record of customer retention, renewals and growth
• Demonstrated executive relationship management
• Ability to communicate and influence at all organization levels

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer strategic plans for enterprise solutions.
• Own corporate-level relationships across IDNs and large Health Systems.
• Identify value-added programs and quantify cost savings for customers.
• Lead executive engagements and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
