Job summary

ePromos Promotional Products, LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support enterprise-level clients by developing and executing sales strategies for an assigned portfolio. You will collaborate on annual plans, build lasting partnerships, and drive revenue.

This fully remote role requires strong relationship-building, upsell/cross-sell focus, and proficiency with CRM systems. You will present proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure client satisfaction across time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• Minimum of five years in promotional products sales or related field.
• Experience driving sales initiatives and managing enterprise accounts.
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable CRM system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Grow accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Prepare client business reviews and marketing initiatives.
