Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
• Requires 3+ years of business experience, including Ricoh and/or general business; 1-2 years in Customer Billing or Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point to resolve customer issues for large/complex orders received by Sales partners.
• Own internal/external customer inquiries on billing, order status, delivery, cancellation, etc.
• Perform tasks related to Billing and/or Order Management.
• Work with internal customers/dealers to resolve discrepancies affecting satisfaction or payment.
