Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking a professional to manage complex customer orders and billing inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and SLA compliance. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Legal, addressing issues and driving accurate order processing and billing resolution.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in billing or order management, with strong MS Office skills and customer orientation.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
• 3+ years of business experience, including 1-2 years of Customer Billing or Order Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point to assist with resolving customer issues for large/complex orders.
• Own internal/external customer inquiries related to billing, order status, delivery, cancellation.
• Perform tasks related to Billing and/or Order Management.
• Coordinate with internal customers and dealers to resolve discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify root causes and communicate action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain customer information and file integrity; manage leases and invoices as needed.
• Provide training on Ricoh Order/Lease/Maintenance and Dealer agreements; support questions.
