Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in healthcare sales, strategic accounts, or related fields.
- Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and senior enterprise decision makers.
- Experience leading complex enterprise opportunities and multi-year growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise growth strategy and revenue across Leica Biosystems' key healthcare customers.
- Develop and execute multi-year growth plans focused on transformational opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead complex enterprise pursuits, including large-scale health system initiatives and executive-sponsored deals.
- Build relationships with C-suite leaders to influence customer strategy and outcomes.
- Mobilize cross-functional resources to accelerate strategic initiatives and improve win rates.
