Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue growth across top-tier health systems and IDNs. You will lead enterprise opportunities, build executive relationships, and shape long-term customer strategy in a dynamic, remote-capable role.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, apply DBS tools, and influence senior leaders to win large-scale contracts and transform patient care across major healthcare networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in healthcare sales or strategic accounts.
• Experience managing large IDNs, health systems, GPOs, or academic medical centers.
• Ability to influence C-suite executives and senior decision makers within complex healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise growth strategy and revenue performance across large healthcare organizations.
• Develop multi-year growth strategies focused on transformational opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead complex enterprise pursuits including enterprise agreements and multi-year growth initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders to influence strategy and commercial outcomes.
