Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Senior Account Manager for Strategic Accounts. You will own major enterprise client relationships with a quota split of 85% expansion and 15% net-new development, acting as the executive relationship owner and trusted advisor.

You will hunt for whitespace, expand across Cornerstone products, and lead strategic account planning while partnering with sales leadership and support teams to drive renewals and growth. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic account management or enterprise sales with a quota track record in expansion and new business.
• Ability to build and own C-level relationships across large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of strategic enterprise accounts with a quota split ~85% expansion/cross-sell and 15% net-new development.
• Cultivate C-level relationships as the trusted advisor and executive escalation point.
• Hunt whitespace within accounts for new business units or use cases not yet leveraging Cornerstone.
• Expand Cornerstone's footprint across products and build strategic account plans.
• Drive renewals, forecast pipeline, and position Cornerstone in executive reviews.
• Travel as needed for on-site executive engagement and QBRs.
