Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Strategic Accounts to own relationships with large enterprise clients. This quota-carrying role emphasizes expanding within existing bases while also pursuing net-new logos, partnering with Sales, Customer Excellence, and Support.

You'll serve as the executive relationship owner, manage a robust pipeline, and lead strategic account plans across multiple Cornerstone products, including AI-driven workforce solutions. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic account management or enterprise sales.
• Proven success building and owning C-level relationships.
• Experience hunting new opportunities within existing client bases.
• Ability to build and execute multi-product account plans.
• Consultative approach mapping needs to multi-product solutions.
• Strong forecasting discipline in a metrics-driven environment.
• Excellent discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel for executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of strategic enterprise accounts with 85% expansion and 15% net-new.
• Own and cultivate C-level relationships as trusted advisor.
• Hunt for whitespace within accounts for new business units.
• Expand Cornerstone's footprint across products.
• Build and execute strategic account plans mapping org structure and budgets.
• Drive and defend renewals, protecting and growing ARR.
• Lead discovery workshops and executive business reviews.
• Manage and forecast pipeline across stages.
• Maintain account intelligence for forecasting and strategy.
• Travel as needed for executive engagement.
