Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead and grow major account relationships from Reading, PA or Dearborn, MI. The role focuses on delivering best-in-class customer experience, strategic account planning, and revenue growth through collaboration with IT, Engineering, Safety, Finance, HR, and Loss Prevention teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in leading the end-to-end customer experience for large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary voice of the customer.
• Build strong senior level customer relationships.
• Manage compliance to customer deliverables that support revenue & profit targets.
• Create and lead account strategy in partnership with Penske functional teams (IT, Engineering, Safety, Finance, HR, Loss Prevention, etc.).
• Lead a regular review with Penske teams to assess performance and opportunities for the customer.
• Act as consultant for ongoing opportunities and improvements outside of sales/operations.
• Develop and monitor predictable communications patterns.
• Lead contract renewal efforts with customer and internal stakeholders.
• Seek innovative solutions that challenge the status quo.
• Continually seek areas of potential revenue growth.
• Other projects as assigned by the Manager.
