Job summary

Files.com is seeking an Account Executive to sell to Fortune 500s and global brands, focusing on secure file transfer and automation. Location options include Scottsdale, AZ or Downtown Austin, TX; no remote candidates.

You will learn to position Files.com as the foundation of customer workflows, run discovery to uncover real pain points, and structure large, multi-department contracts that grow in value over time.

Responsibilities

• Master the Product: Become a Files.com expert across features and use cases to build credibility with technical buyers.
• Run Discovery with Depth: Ask insightful questions to uncover real challenges and map them to value.
• Sell the Biggest Deal: Position Files.com as a foundation and structure high-value, multi-department contracts.
• Navigate Complex Deals: Manage multi-stakeholder conversations and move opportunities forward with urgency.
• Sell With Confidence: Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering to deliver on every promise.
• Execute Pipeline with Discipline: Build, maintain, and forecast a healthy pipeline and quota attainment.
