Job summary

Files.com is seeking an Account Manager to lead strategic renewals for existing customers in Scottsdale, AZ or Austin, TX. You will identify expansion opportunities across departments and product features, and manage relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

You will forecast renewal and expansion pipelines, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and retention in a fast-paced cloud file transfer and automation platform environment.
