Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Strategic Accounts to oversee a premier client book with a strong expansion focus. You will manage executive relationships, drive growth across multiple Cornerstone products, and maintain rigorous forecast discipline.

You will lead strategic account plans, coordinate with sales leadership, and travel as needed to engage C-level stakeholders and conduct business reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic account management or enterprise sales.
• Proven success building and owning C-level relationships.
• Experience hunting opportunities within existing client bases.
• Ability to create and execute account plans for complex organizations.
• Consultative approach mapping needs to multi-product solutions.
• Strong forecasting and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of strategic enterprise accounts with ~85% expansion and 15% net-new development.
• Own and cultivate C-level relationships as trusted advisor and executive escalation point.
• Hunt for whitespace within accounts for new business units and use cases.
• Expand Cornerstone's footprint across products including AI-driven solutions.
• Build and execute strategic account plans mapping orgs, sponsors, budgets and competition.
• Drive and defend renewals, protecting and growing ARR.
• Lead discovery workshops and executive business reviews against competitors.
• Manage and forecast a pipeline across Commit, Probable, and Upside stages.
• Maintain account intelligence to inform strategy and forecasting.
• Travel as needed for in-person executive engagement and QBRs.
