Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Senior Account Manager for Strategic Accounts to own relationships and drive revenue growth within our largest enterprise clients. This quota-carrying role emphasizes 85% expansion and 15% net-new logo acquisition, blending account stewardship with proactive hunting.

You will partner with Sales leadership, Customer Excellence, and Support, serving as the executive relationship owner. Travel is required for QBRs, on-site strategy sessions, and executive engagement.

• 5+ years in strategic account management or enterprise sales.
• Proven success building and owning C-level relationships.
• Experience hunting opportunities within existing client bases.
• Ability to build and execute multi-product account plans.

• Excellent discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Manage and forecast pipeline across stages.
• Maintain account intelligence for strategy and forecasting.
• Travel as needed for executive engagement.
