Job summary

The University of Toledo seeks a Program Manager, HHS Enrollment & Academic Success to lead advising and enrollment initiatives for pre-nursing through graduate nursing. You will coordinate with programs and faculty, and work with Marketing to drive enrollment campaigns aligned with college goals.

The role focuses on planning student communications, understanding admission standards, and guiding applicants from consideration to enrollment within the College of Health and Human Services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Two years of experience as a higher education advisor is required.
• Two years of experience with University Software related to advising is required.
• Ability to analyze prerequisites, certification and curriculum/graduation requirements.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and cross-functional team player attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Public speaking ability.
• Must meet requirements to complete and maintain mandatory training per university policy deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop advising and enrollment events for students in the nursing major and graduate nursing program.
• Collaborate with embedded marketing specialist to develop strategic marketing campaigns for undergraduate enrollment and retention.
• Plan and implement student communication starting at the consideration stage (applicants and admits).
• Provide academic counseling for professional major students (PNGN) and graduate students in the School of Nursing.
• Develop and participate in enrollment events and virtual visits with prospective students and college academic units.
