The position works with the embedded marketing team to craft campaigns for undergraduate enrollment and retention, aligning with college goals and admission standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Two years of experience as a higher education advisor required.
• Two years of experience with university advising software required.
• Ability to analyze prerequisites, certification and curriculum/graduation requirements.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop advising and enrollment events for nursing students at undergrad and graduate levels.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns for undergraduate enrollment and retention.
• Plan and implement student communication from consideration to enrollment.
• Apply knowledge of program requirements and admission standards to enrollment processes.
