Job summary

University of Toledo seeks a Regional Enrollment Manager I to drive enrollment by counseling prospective students on admission, financial aid, and programs. You will travel to remote locations and supervise recruitment staff as needed, building relationships with key partners and students to promote the university.

Responsibilities include guiding students in major selection, planning educational strategies, and managing enrollment autonomously while working evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in sales, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in college admissions or recruiting.
• Travel to remote locations and transport admissions materials, displays, and equipment.
• Work regular evening and weekend hours, with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on admission, financial aid, institutional policies, and academic programs.
• Help students select majors and plan educational strategies that fit their interests and goals.
• Build relationships with key partners and prospective students to promote the university.
• Manage the enrollment of new students while working autonomously.
• Supervise one or more recruitment officers, as the role allows.
