Job summary

RWDI is seeking a Project Manager in Seattle to drive new business within the engineering consulting sector, manage client relationships, and close projects.

You will lead a team of RWDI consultants, oversee proposals and contracts, and ensure on-time, quality project delivery while coordinating with internal teams. Travel as needed and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Understanding of building design, codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to clients.
• Travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: source, negotiate, and facilitate new business.
• Proposal and Contract Management: create and deliver proposals for RFPs.
• Client Relationship Management: develop strong client relationships.
• Project Oversight: guide a team toward meeting objectives and oversee documentation.
• Project Performance: ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: track revenue, issue invoices, and recover receivables.
• Quality Assurance: ensure QA meets standards and scope.
• Innovation: track industry developments to deliver relevant services.
• Presentations and Conferences: develop and deliver presentations.
