Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects. You will manage scope, budget, and schedule, lead a cross-functional team, and coordinate with clients to ensure on-time delivery and quality. A PE license and PMP are preferred, with up to 10 years in engineering/PM roles.

Responsibilities include change management, coordinating resources, reviewing submittals, and ensuring proper project documentation and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering from an accredited university; PE license preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Experience supporting refining, oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
• Knowledge of company project execution procedures and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Lead a project team and coordinate with client and internal stakeholders.
• Process Change Notices, track budgets and schedules, review submittals.
• Maintain accurate reporting, weekly coordination meetings, and closeout activities.
