Job summary

Hargrove in Mobile, AL seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead engineers and designers through full delivery of services on time and within budget. You will manage contracts, cost control, schedule, and quality while coordinating with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in engineering/project management, strong leadership, and expertise with project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification highly preferred.
• Knowledge of company project execution procedures and controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction to engineers and designers for project delivery.
• Manage commercial contracts, budgets, and cost control with stakeholders.
• Maintain project controls for cost, schedule and quality; track changes.
• Coordinate client communication, scope changes, and project reporting.
• Lead team, plan work, and ensure timely closeout and documentation.
