Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in California seeks a Senior Project Manager to supervise a team of engineers and designers, directing total project delivery within budget and schedule.

You will lead cost estimating, contract management, and client relations, ensuring invoices, change notices, and reports are processed promptly while maintaining quality.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, PE and PMP preferred, and a proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Bachelor or MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer and/or PMP certification highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver on commitments.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction to engineers and designers.
• Manage commercial contracts on multiple projects.
• Ensure timely invoices, change notices, and reporting.
• Control project scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and client teams to define scope and deliverables.
• Lead weekly team coordination meetings.
