Qualifications

• 12+ years of program or project management experience including 5+ years in a leadership role managing other program managers.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute large-scale programs aligning with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Supervise and mentor a team of program managers, providing guidance and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive consensus and resolve conflicts.
• Develop scalable program management frameworks, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; establish KPIs and report progress to executives.
• Lead change management and ensure adoption of new processes or technologies.
