Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to join our innovative engineering team to plan and manage hardware or software development projects in a global setting. You will coordinate Product Line Management, Engineering, Services and Manufacturing to meet requirements, schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams through NPI phases, managing risks, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requires 3+ years as a program manager overseeing hardware and software development.
Strong planning, requirements, scheduling, stakeholder management and testing.
Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own project scope, schedule and budget.
Drive engineering and cross-functional teams to meet program objectives.
Lead NPI lifecycle from requirements to design reviews, V&V and release.
Conduct program and technical reviews, gate reviews, and risk management.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders; explain technical risks clearly.
