Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or managing complex, multi-domain programs.
• Strong understanding of engineering lifecycle processes (systems engineering, software development, or hardware integration).
• Proven ability to track cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Site Lead and manage day-to-day program activities.
• Coordinate across engineering, technical, and operational teams.
• Monitor program performance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support development and execution of plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and maintain risk registers.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Conduct program analysis and recommend improvements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance on site and report issues.
• Draft Statements of Work and manage subcontractor contracts.
• Facilitate IPTs and cross-organizational collaboration.
• Develop and maintain acquisition docs, schedules, risk management, briefings, status reports.
