Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Delivery Manager to plan, organize, and lead delivery of technical programs within scope, schedule, and budget. You will coordinate across program teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include overseeing delivery activities, managing risks, tracking KPIs, and supporting financial and resource management. The role requires a SECRET clearance and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience as Technical Delivery Manager or similar role.
• Strong Jira experience for planning and reporting.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Technical background (DevOps, engineering, infrastructure).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Active SECRET Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects and KPIs.
• Plan, execute, and track work using Jira or similar tools.
• Manage delivery backlogs, boards, and reporting structures.
• Break down high-level requirements into technical tasks.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure work is properly scoped.
• Act as primary interface between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Track and report delivery metrics and drive process improvements.
