Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate experience.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience in engineering development, project planning tools, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads program teams and cross-functional groups to drive engineering development and implementation of a subsystem or product component.
• Manages complex projects, delivers professional reports, and develops schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identifies risks, creates mitigation plans, and reports status to executives.
• Escalates issues and collaborates with stakeholders to implement changes and ensure roadmaps and schedules are met.
• Leads bug tracking, risk reporting, and resolution discussions with leadership.
• Mentors less-experienced staff and guides project teams.
