You will identify risks and create mitigation strategies while guiding less‑experienced staff. The role requires strong knowledge of project management, Agile methodologies, and technical discipline across software and hardware domains.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in CS/Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of work experience in engineering development, project planning tools, people management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a subsystem or component of a product or service offering.
• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
• Understands the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program, and utilizes knowledge to accelerate project completion.
• Leads deployment, launch, and continuous improvement of new technologies & process automation developed within the company's worldwide engineering team.
• Develops schedules, budget, resource allocation plan, logistics, and other support requirements in collaboration with company and contract manufacturing teams.
• Coordinates activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners; tracks progress against plan and adjusts to meet requirements.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborates to implement changes and ensure adherence to budgets and roadmaps.
• Leads bug tracking resolution and reporting of program risks and options to executive management.
• Solves difficult problems with a fresh perspective and mentors less-experienced staff.
