Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years in management, preferably in engineering development and program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for a multi‑site organization coordinating complex programs to drive product development and deployments.
• Develops deployment plans, schedules and ensures readiness for launches and transitions while mitigating risks.
• Manages headcount, budgets and timelines across multiple projects, aligning with roadmaps.
