Job summary

Mission Critical Group in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead engineered-to-order initiatives from kickoff through delivery, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance. You will oversee cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and field service, driving value for critical power projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing complex engineered-to-order manufacturing projects
• Experience in oil & gas, marine, electrical equipment, or critical power environments
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, scheduling tools, and reporting tools
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk
• Ability to manage complex, high value strategic accounts; liquidated damages exposure
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills across cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation with customers/senior leadership
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with multiple projects/priorities

Responsibilities

• Own the schedule, scope, budget, and risk from start to finish
• Review contract documents, specifications, and scope of work at kickoff
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products meeting requirements
• Lead project kickoff meetings and align cross-functional teams
• Track progress using ERP and Master Production Schedule tools; drive corrective actions
• Manage procurement readiness, production, testing, and shipping to milestones
• Coordinate FAT scheduling and logistics with customers and internal teams
• Act as the primary customer contact, providing proactive updates and next steps
• Partner with Finance to ensure billing milestones and cost exposure are tracked
