Job summary

Redwood Materials is hiring a Staff Recruiter to lead searches for senior and first-of-their-kind roles across engineering, EPC, and construction in Northern Nevada. You will partner with VPs and hiring managers to define roles, leveling, and recruitment strategy, ensuring strong pipelines in a competitive market.

You will own sourcing strategies, coordinate with the embedded operations team, and drive a streamlined process from intake to offer to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in heavy industry.
• Proven success closing niche roles.
• Experience recruiting EPC/BESS or utility-scale projects.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work onsite.
• Strong data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own searches for senior, niche, and first-of-their-kind roles across engineering, EPC, and construction.
• Partner with vice presidents and hiring managers to define roles and leveling before requisitions open.
• Build sourcing strategies to win construction and engineering talent in Reno/Sparks market.
• Shape and reshape recruiting strategy based on evidence.
• Carry searches where milestones depend on the seat filled.
• Run a clean intake-to-offer process for a consistent candidate experience.
• Coordinate with embedded team for high-volume operations hiring.
