Job summary

Redwood Materials is expanding its recruiting efforts to fill critical, high-leverage roles across ESS and EPC. You will own top-of-funnel sourcing for a defined set of requisitions, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to craft strategies, map markets, and engage passive candidates.

You will run outreach across LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted tools, and industry communities, tracking response rates and shaping the candidate pipeline for timely hires across time zones.

Qualifications

• You have sourced for hard technical and operational roles in manufacturing, hardware, energy, chemicals, automotive, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Own search strategy on critical reqs and define ideal profiles.
• Build market maps for each search and map target companies and prospects.
• Set weekly sourcing goals per req and report against them.
• Find and engage passive candidates through multi-channel sourcing.
• Personalize outreach and write messages that elicit replies from non-inbound applicants.
• Perform first-touch screens and hand off warm candidates to recruiters with summaries.
• Maintain an honest pipeline by logging all prospects in Greenhouse and tracking metrics.
• Share sourcing templates and market maps with the recruitment pod.
• Calibrate what qualifies as 'qualified' with hiring managers to improve submittals.
• Manage multiple reqs across time zones with recruiters on the ground.
