Job summary

Redwood Materials is seeking a Staff Recruiter to own searches for senior, niche, and first‑of‑their‑kind roles across engineering, EPC, and construction teams in Northern Nevada. You will partner with leaders to define roles, leveling, and requisitions before openings, and develop sourcing strategies to win scarce talent.

The role requires onsite work in Northern Nevada, with travel to project sites as needed, and a strong track record closing difficult searches that others could not fulfill.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in construction, engineering, energy, manufacturing, mining, or another heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Own searches across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), design engineering, electrical engineering, and other roles in Nevada and beyond.
• Partner with VPs and hiring managers to define roles, leveling, and requisitions.
• Build sourcing strategies to win construction and engineering talent in Reno and Sparks markets.
