Job summary

Legora is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive post-sale motion across a North American portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams. You will own adoption, technical health, and commercial outcomes through scalable programs, balancing automation with high-touch moments for strategic clients.

You will design adoption playbooks, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and use data to forecast renewals and expansions while shaping Legora's roadmap and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Scaled customer success background with a track record of designing and delivering programs serving large customer bases.
• Experience building repeatable adoption playbooks and educational programs at scale across digital channels.
• 3+ years for Manager, 6+ years for Senior Manager in scaled or digital customer success, customer operations, or related fields.
• Track record of driving adoption, retention and expansion with a high-volume portfolio of clients.
• Ownership of a commercial number: GRR and NRR for a portfolio and renewals/expansions as repeatable motions.
• Technical fluency and systems thinking: comfortable configuring/ deploying tooling (CS and CRM platforms, AI agents, LMS, data visualization) to deliver outcomes.
• Data fluency and a metrics-driven approach to customer health, forecasting and portfolio strategy at scale.
• Exceptional program, project and prioritization skills; high EQ; thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Love of building the playbook in early-stage settings, not just following it.

Responsibilities

• Design the scaled adoption playbook for onboarding, enablement, and change management.
• Execute playbook with automated touchpoints from rollout to firm-wide adoption.
• Facilitate strategic touchpoints with high-stakes accounts; surface opportunities for the portfolio.
• Drive value through templated success plans, scaled training, and digital value reviews.
• Monitor adoption signals and portfolio health to flag risks and opportunities.
• Own the commercial motions for renewals and expansions using data-informed strategies.
• Coordinate across Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Product Marketing, Support to accelerate client success.
• Translate customer feedback into roadmaps and enablement with cross-functional teams.
