• Develop customer success strategies with clear business objectives, value drivers, and measurable outcomes.
• Communicate platform value and ROI through executive presentations, business reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Build relationships with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders to drive alignment and long-term engagement.
• Drive adoption by integrating the platform into customers’ daily workflows and operational decision-making.
• Identify customer challenges, remove adoption barriers, and proactively manage risks.
• Identify expansion opportunities based on customer priorities, demonstrated value, and future business needs.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Technical Consulting teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Track value realization, strengthen customer advocacy, and support renewals and account growth.
