This role combines consulting, executive relationship management, and strategic customer success. You’ll work with senior leaders to understand business challenges, define success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and identify opportunities to expand the platform across additional use cases, sites, and business units.

• Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and building trusted advisor relationships.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions in terms of business value, ROI, and operational impact.
