Job summary

Alexander Technology Group seeks a Director of Enterprise Automation, AI & Analytics to drive enterprise-wide AI, automation, and data initiatives. You will define strategy, build multi-year roadmaps, and lead teams focused on modernizing processes to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong governance, collaboration across IT and business lines, and a track record of delivering scalable AI solutions and data programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in a related field.
• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology, automation, data, or digital transformation solutions.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience including managing managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience building and executing enterprise AI, automation, or data strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead BPM, Automation Development, and Enterprise Data & Analytics teams through subordinate managers.
• Develop and execute enterprise strategies for AI, Generative AI, RPA, workflow automation, and data & analytics.
• Identify opportunities to automate and redesign business processes using AI, RPA, ML, and modern workflow technologies.
• Oversee enterprise data strategy, architecture, data warehousing, BI, reporting, analytics, and data governance.
• Establish an Automation/AI Center of Excellence and define standards, governance, and best practices.
• Partner with business leaders, IT, Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and vendors to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
• Define and track ROI and performance metrics across AI and automation initiatives.
• Maintain a prioritized portfolio of transformation initiatives based on business value, impact, risk, and strategic alignment.
