Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Engagement Manager II in Seattle, WA. This permanent role leads end-to-end delivery for a strategic technology client, including AI/GenAI initiatives. You will manage contracts, guide a Delivery Resources team, and drive customer satisfaction and profitability.

PST hours and remote locations across the U.S. are supported. Responsibilities include program governance, client relationships, stakeholder communications, and quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management in large, complex environments.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and portfolios with client relationships.
• Experience aligning service delivery with contracts, SLAs, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and data-driven decision skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple engagements with varying delivery models for a strategic client.
• Build rapport with client stakeholders and align services to long-term goals.
• Regularly inform internal and external stakeholders about progress and results.
• Map engagement value and present business impact in reviews.
• Lead and develop a team of delivery resources with mentorship and performance feedback.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and profitability of engagements.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop methodologies to gather data for optimization.
• Lead governance, reporting, and client storytelling for senior stakeholders.
