Igenius is seeking an AI Engagement Manager who will act as the primary advisor for our clients, ensuring AI implementations are not just technical successes, but strategic business wins.

You will own the client relationship from post-sale through full implementation and growth, translate business requirements into actionable project plans for the technical team, and track ROI and KPIs. Flexible hybrid (NY) or remote options available.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or account management in a SaaS or AI environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• A solid understanding of AI trends and how they solve business problems.
• Native or professional-level English with a client-first mentality.
