Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager within Forward Deployed Engineering to lead large, cross-functional PS&T programs for Financial Services accounts in the United States. You will independently manage complex initiatives, driving value realization across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

You will own advanced selling and coordinate with Sales and GTM teams to maximize revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction while traveling up to 25-50% as required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years running a Professional Services line of business.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with a mix of influencing and execution.
• Deep understanding of PS&T offerings, including Partner funding programs (Microsoft, AWS, Google).
• Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture, competitors, and migration benefits.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholders.
• Drive full-cycle sales of standard and customized PS&T programs with best practices for CoEs and migrations.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Partner with Sales and GTM teams to prioritize regional PS&T targets aligned with growth goals.
• Proactively monitor customer sentiment and take corrective actions to ensure high satisfaction.
