Runpoint Partners seeks an experienced engagement lead to run client projects end to end—from discovery to first working versions. You will guide scope, decisions, and prototyping, using Claude Code and similar tools, while coordinating engineers and client stakeholders. This role is contract to hire with remote work and occasional client-site travel.

You will run discovery, assess architecture, and defend build vs buy choices, ensuring alignment with client needs in week two and beyond.

Formación

• Years of consulting, agency, or operating experience with real clients and budgets.
• Daily use of AI tools and opinions about models; developed apps are a plus.
• Ability to read an architecture diagram and think through build vs buy.
• You can sit with an owner, an operations lead and an engineer and earn their trust.

Responsabilidades

• Run the engagement: schedule, people, and next steps without a task list.
• Lead discovery: interviews, process reviews, and review of existing systems.
• Assess risks by outcome impact, not exhaustive risk listing.
• Recommend build, buy, or replace decisions, including ERP choices.
• Build prototypes and plans with Claude Code; brief engineers on production version.
• Stay close to the build after handoff to ensure continued alignment.
• Help win the next project through trusted judgment.
