TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex, outsourced engagements with a focus on client success and measurable outcomes. The role emphasizes strategic advisory, cross-functional leadership, and governance across portfolios.

This is a permanent, fully remote opportunity originally based out of Seattle, WA, offering significant responsibility, travel as needed, and a compensation range aligned to experience and market norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, PM, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in project management or portfolio management.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and portfolios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engagements with varying delivery models to meet objectives on schedule and within budget.
• Lead larger engagement teams, mentor resources, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Build rapport with client stakeholders to align services with long-term goals.
• Map engagements, evaluate impact, and drive value realization in reviews.
• Provide trusted advisory, proactive communication, and governance.
• Manage financials including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Allocate and optimize resources across engagements for best outcomes.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Create customer-facing reporting and KPI dashboards for decisions.
