Very LLC is seeking an Engagement Lead to own client outcomes across 1–3 active engagements, ensuring profitability and measurable business value. You will sit at the intersection of client trust, technical delivery, and business development, with strong emphasis on writing Statements of Work and driving growth.

You will operate at high billability (60–80%), travel within the US, and coach teams while coordinating with executives and stakeholders to deliver on commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on engineering experience.
• 5+ years in client services, technical program management, or delivery-facing roles.
• Proven experience owning client relationships and writing SOWs.
• Strong communication, analysis, and budget-tracking skills.
• Experience with IoT, hardware, or complex product development preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own 1–3 client engagements, ensuring profitability and value delivery.
• Write and negotiate Statements of Work for new phases and expansions.
• Manage delivery health: scope, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales to drive client outcomes.
• Travel within the US as needed to strengthen client relationships.
