Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to act as a trusted advisor within Forward Deployed Engineering for LATAM accounts, leading large, cross-functional programs with minimal oversight.

You will independently scope initiatives, drive full-cycle PS&T sales, and pursue upsell opportunities while aligning with Sales and GTM teams. Travel up to 25–50% as required to ensure success.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years running a Professional Services line of business.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with influencing and execution.
• Deep understanding of PS&T offerings and partner funding programs (Microsoft, AWS, Google).
• Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture, competitors, and migration benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex cross-functional programs with minimal oversight.
