• Proven ability to build deep, trust-based customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement management and value for up to 5 government accounts.
• Develop understanding of government accounts and engagement methods.
• Lead with curiosity to learn customers' goals and how our solutions help.
• Manage complex programs with multiple partners and fast execution.
• Drive long-term customer value by boosting adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product and sales strategies.
